Your support makes a difference, one child at a time

When you make a gift to Read Aloud Delaware, you help ensure one-on-one reading sessions continue in your community.

You can change a child's future.

Literacy is a basic need. The more words a child hears, the faster he or she learns language. By listening to stories, children acquire good grammar skills and rich vocabularies. Our volunteers are reading to children, who might not be read to at all or often enough, to ensure that these children are entering kindergarten ready to learn to read.

Help us repeat the scene in the video above thousands of times each year.
